The acquisition of Joe Logan’s battle sports cannot be denied, despite having never fought in UFC. In addition to being a former Taekwondo champion, Logan is a Brazilian black belt under Jean Jack Machado.
Professor Gads Dede in Canada was a recent guest of Joe Logan Experience Podcast. In their conversation, the third raised the Battle of Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson and brought Rogan to talk about battle sports.
Logan educates the third way to learn boxing and focuses on more techniques than hard sparring.
“The best way to learn boxing is to learn techniques before sparring. Techniques are all. It’s all. Everything is. You’re going to throw a punch, you are you. I’m going to tilt my body.

“You keep your hand. When you throw your right hand, you intend to do this (specific movement). When you throw a left hook, you will cover it with your right hand. You can learn these things. They will permeate your motor pattern.
After studying techniques, Rogan commented that the pad work was next, and later he was able to incorporate a moving target. UFC commentators do not believe that sparring partners will make a profit if they go hard.

Joe Logan explains the importance of trust between Jiu -Jitsu training partners.
Joe Logan’s knowledge of Jiu -Jitsu is probably the best in his commentator booth. In many cases, Rogan has educated listeners about the transition from the commentary booth.
In a recent episode of GAD SAAD as a guest, Rogan explained the necessary trust among the training partners about learning JIU-JITSU.
“Especially in Jiu -Jitsu, you will learn to really value your training partner because the training partner will help you get better.
Logan explained that respect and trust are important to learn Brazilian grappling art. He stated that the practitioners who did not follow the norms were kicked out of the school by the master.
