Beyoncé’s first three Grammy Awards came for Destiny’s Child, including Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group for Survivor. Beyoncé won five awards as a solo artist at the 46th Grammy Awards in 2004, including Best Contemporary R&B Album for “Dangerously in Love.”

Michael Jackson, often referred to as the “King of Pop,” won eight awards at the 26th Annual Grammy Awards in 1984, tying the record for most Grammys won in one night. According to the Recording Academy, Jackson received the following awards at the ceremony:
