Peacock’s January 2025 lineup maintains top-notch quality with fresh new series and returning favorites. Under the NBCUniversal brand, the service has evolved to become the source for critically acclaimed comedy and drama hits.

Apart from originals, Peacock gives you easy access to new content from NBC. For example, this January, there’s a four-part special celebrating SNL’s 50th anniversary, “SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night.”

6 Best Dramas Starting on Peacock in January 2025

From Colin Firth to shows starring Eddie Redmayne, Tina Fey and more, here’s our list of six shows to watch on Peacock in January 2025.

1. Jackal Day (2024)

Starring Eddie Redmayne and co-starring Lashana Lynch. The show is a classic spy thriller written and produced by Ronan Bennett and produced by Christopher Hall.

The series, based on the novel by Frederick Forsyth, premiered in November 2024. It features a classic cat-and-mouse chase between a murderer and a determined detective.

2. Poker Face (2023)

The hit mystery series starring Rian Johnson is back. Natasha Lyonne plays Charlie Kale, a human lie detector who solves murders in this thriller. The series also stars Benjamin Bratt and Simon Helberg.

The official description reads: “Charlie has an uncanny ability to tell when someone is lying. She hits the road in her Plymouth Barracuda, but every time she stops, she encounters new characters and strange crimes. When we encounter something, we have no choice but to investigate and solve it.” . ”

3. Raid (2024)

In this dark comedy series, Ruby Yao discovers a strange curse. It’s that all the men she’s ever slept with start dying in the order she slept with them. Now she must figure out how to stop the inevitable.

Starring Stephanie Hsu, Zosia Mamet, Michael Angarano, and Tommy Martinez. The series first arrived on Peacock on December 19, 2024.

4. Mrs. Davis (2023)

“Mrs. Davis” is an original show that delves deep into religion, mythology and artificial intelligence. The series debuted on Peacock on April 20th.

Stars include Betty Gilpin, Jake McDorman, Margo Martindale, David Arquette, and Elizabeth Marvel. Each episode is 48-60 minutes long.

5. Community (2009-2015)

Everyone wants to binge-watch classic sitcoms to escape the mood. The sitcom Community tells the interesting story of a group of Greendale students.

The official description reads, “‘Community’ is a comedy about a lawyer who lies about his degree and is forced to enroll in a community college, where he encounters a group of social misfits.” There are 6 seasons and 110 episodes.

6. Found (2023)

In this fictional police procedural drama, a police detective helps a former kidnapper solve the mystery of a missing person from a basement.

Starring Shanola Hampton, Kelly Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabriel Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta, Karan Oberoi, and more.
