If you haven’t encountered “American Prime Eval” yet, you haven’t streamed one of the big streamer hits since January 2025. The brutal western miniseries arrived on the platform early last month and remained in the rankings of Netflix’s top 10 shows. Because even if it could be a bit bloody.
This survival thriller comes from “The Revenant” writer Mark L. Smith. It brings us back to 1857, telling us about the journey of a mother and son across the old west, where they encounter challenges with different people on this dangerous trek, striving to get a fresh start in life .

“Recruit”

Noah Centino’s CIA Greenhorn Owen Hendrix is back in the short second season of “Recruit.” Though only six episodes long, this second chapter draws praise. It was called Netflix’s “Best Spy Show of the Year so far.”
Season 2 already has his life turned upside down once, so Owen sees himself drawn into another dangerous situation in Korea. So he’s tackling even higher octane obstacles and more scuffs… he just realizes that a bigger threat may be coming from inside the agency.

“Agent of the Night”

In mid-January, Netflix reunited with Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) and received support for the second time in “Night Agent” season 2. The show was clearly a welcome return as it approached the top of the Netflix charts.
Are you still jumping in? Well, “The Night Agent” season 2 will pick up almost a year after Peter’s previous mission. He has since been offered the opportunity to become a night agent himself…but his work in this top-class organization has made him tackle a lot of new dangers and fatal obstacles. I’m looking at it.
