Workers at the Civil Aviation Bureau (CAA) are supposed to cause a dispute over salaries, but bosses have no confusion.
A member of the Propect Union at the headquarters of the organization in the West Sussex Clory will go 24 hours a day on February 6.
Union members have been working on dominating without overtime for the past week.
A CAA spokeswoman said, “We are sorry that we continued to be involved with union colleagues, had a long -term discussion, and voted for prospects to take industrial behavior.”
Prospects said that the number of wages was raised by 3 to 4 %, but they were dissatisfied with the fact that they were not in pole with other transactions of the industry and public servants.
Deputy Secretary -General Rachel Curly said:
“The industry still has time to avoid damaged industrial behavior, but the employer needs to resume sincere negotiations.
“This is not just a matter of disappearing. If it continues, it will start to affect the airline and delay the upgraded upgrade with the knock -on effect that passengers felt.”
