Please take a look
Earlier this week after the release of Fantastic Four: First Step trailer, Marvel unveiled a new look for the Thunderbolt*.
I’ve already seen some Marvel Phase 5 movies, and this is the most action-packed ever. The trailer released at the 2025 Super Bowl can be seen above – and it appears that the MCU’s most beloved anti-hero is stepping in with the Avengers.
In a simple clip, Contessa Valentina Aregra de Fontaine is made up of the MCU anti-heroes who have made certain that the Avengers “do not come” and have committed several war crimes to save the world, and it’s Thunderbolt Tell the court that it belongs to. “None of us can fly,” says Yelena. “So we all just punch and shoot?”
The emotional trailer is merely to watch the team get discouraged in the past and reassure them that they have some goodness for them, and that they are actually the right people for the job. To, it seems to be beating the mysterious walk sent. There are lots of butt kicking action, explosions, car flips – and for some reason there’s still an asterisk next to the film’s title.
This premise looks at a team united by Valentina (Julia Louis Dreyfus) for the special mission of the government. Alongside Florence Pugh’s Jelena Belloba and Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Burns, the film features David Harbor’s Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell’s John Walker, Olga Kurylenko’s Tasmaster, Lewis Pullman’s Bob (or Sentry if you’re honest), and Hannah John Kamen’s Avermen will also bring back the star.
Star Stan has been speaking out about how great Pugh is in the film. “I was very, very chaff that he said that about me,” she told us at San Diego Comic-Con 2024. It will make you feel confident and grateful, and that you are also grateful, so it will be in the MCU to hear what’s going on from him.
Thunderbolts* is scheduled to play theaters on May 2nd, just a few months after Captain America: Brave New World. As the Fantastic Four, they are not just about upcoming superhero movies. The first step will arrive in July.
