‘Tell Me Lies’ has been renewed for season 3 on Hulu.

Tell Me Rise, based on the novel of the same name by Carola Lovering, stars Grace Van Patten as Lucy Albright, who meets Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White) in college and has a tumultuous relationship with him. . The series follows them over eight years and how their relationship changes the lives of those around them. According to the official logline for season 2, Lucy and Stephen “returned to college without speaking after a dramatic breakup at the beginning of the summer. I found myself in a new version of toxicity.”

In addition to Van Patten and White, the cast includes Kat Missal, Spencer House, Sonia Mena, Branden Cook, Alicia Crowder, and Tom Ellis.

Megan Oppenheimer will serve as showrunner and executive producer of Tell Me Rise. Executive producers include Emma Roberts, who carried the Belletrist banner alongside co-founders Kara Place and Matt Matrasky. Laura Lewis and Stephanie Noonan of Rebelle Media; Shannon Gibson. And Sam Schleifer. Lovering is serving as a consulting producer. TV number 20 is the studio.

“Tell Me Rise” will air in 2022, with Season 2 premiering in September of this year and ending on October 16th. According to Hulu, the season remained on the Top 15 list for more than 50 days.

Season 3 will likely begin with a time jump, Oppenheimer said in an interview with Variety about the Season 2 finale. She also elaborated on the idea behind the show’s simultaneous timeline, saying: By season 3, I think there will still be 2008 left. Because there are things that have to end there. But I think things will change a little bit in the sense that there will probably be more in 2015 than in 2008. ”
