These fundamental elements aim to revolutionize the interaction between citizens and government, marking key steps towards a digitally integrated nation. The technology also benefits citizens by enhancing the efficiency and security of government services while ensuring user management and consent.

Soon, Huat Lim, founder, chairman and chief executive of Trident, said: By working directly with the Ministry of Post, Communications and Digital Technology, it implements advanced digital identity verification and authentication systems that serve as the basis for digital conversion of DRC. This implementation phase focuses on building robust infrastructure, ensuring that all citizens have secure access to government services through validated digital identities. ”

This partnership will enable meaningful changes in people’s daily lives. It’s a prime example of how innovative technology can be used to promote it,” he added.
