New Delhi: Pakistani television has now become a fight club. Politicians are no longer just arguing over policy, they’re throwing punches and even getting into full-on fistfights at each other – all on live TV.
Imran Khan was the one who triggered the recent political fight. Naeem Haider Panjuta, a spokesperson for Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and Ikhtial Wali Khan of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) held a live-action video of what was supposed to be a discussion. turned it into a wrestling match.

Before the host could intervene, Wali Khan grabbed Panjuta by the shoulders and shoved her. What followed was a flurry of punches and kicks as the two men grappled in front of bewildered spectators and staff. All the program host could do was beg him to stop.
