Headlining this week’s top new shows and movies on Netflix is the return of one of Netflix’s surprise hits of 2023.
“The Night Agent” is officially back for a second season after the first season was one of the streaming service’s biggest hits. This spy thriller is ushering in an unexpected (but welcome) golden age for spy thrillers, and could become the second must-watch Netflix show after “American Primeval,” which hit Netflix earlier this month.

“The Night Agent” Season 2

Gabriel Basso plays Peter Sutherland in The Night Agent. Peter is an FBI agent who works as a telephone operator for Night Action. It’s supposed to be a boring job, but one day the phone rings and he’s drawn into a conspiracy involving potential spies for the U.S. government. The plot not only uncovers treason, but also begins a budding romance between Peter and former technology company CEO Rose Larkin (Lewisian Buchanan), who, after his uncle and aunt are murdered, tells Peter make a call to.
This action-thriller has already been renewed for season 3, so it will be interesting to see how this season builds, considering it could tell even more stories beyond these 10 episodes. Probably. All we know for sure is that this season there will be a new conspiracy involving rogue CIA agents, ruthless information brokers, and deadly war criminals. “From WAG to wealth”

For those unfamiliar, “WAG” stands for wife and girlfriend, and is typically used to refer to the spouse or partner of a professional athlete or celebrity. And in many cases, they are only considered by the public to be the same as more famous figures.
But with ‘WAGs to Riches’, Netflix is launching a new reality show that aims to flip the script and showcase just how much these WAGs are up to. The film follows nine Miami women who date, marry, divorce, or co-parent with famous athletes and musicians. Part documentary, part melodrama, it follows them as they try to balance high-profile relationships with careers, motherhood, battling gossip and navigating the city’s social scene. .

“You hurt my feelings.”

You Hurt My Feelings is a comedy-drama starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Beth, a successful writer. Her career as a memoirist and creative writing teacher was going well, so she decided to write her first novel…and it came back with lots of notes. She shows it to her husband Don (Tobias Menzies) and he likes it and says Beth should find an agent who will be more supportive of her project.
However, that turned out to be a lie. One day while Beth was out shopping, Don told his brother-in-law Mark (Arian Moeed) that he didn’t like novels at all, but couldn’t tell Beth because he didn’t feel like he could be honest. I hear it. About anything. This causes a rift in their marriage, but you’ll have to watch the movie to find out how they repair it.

“Sakamoto Days” (new episode)

“Sakamoto Days” is based on the popular manga series of the same name. The story revolves around Taro Sakamoto (Tomokazu Sugita, Matthew), a man who was once the world’s greatest hitman but gave up everything to become the husband of Aoi (Nao Higashiyama, Rosie Okumura). It revolves around Mercer (English). English)).
Now, as a father rather than a husband, he runs a convenience store with Aoi and her 6-year-old daughter Hana (Kino Hina). “NCIS” Seasons 1-5
If you’ve ever used a treadmill at the gym, there’s a good chance you’ve seen an episode of “NCIS.” Even if you’ve never stepped foot on a treadmill, there’s a good chance you’ve watched this long-running series, one of the most popular in network television history.
