YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, has shared exciting news with his fans that he is engaged to girlfriend Thea Booysen.
The 26-year-old philanthropist proposed to Thea on Christmas Day. MrBeast posted a photo of an intimate moment where he got down on one knee and popped the question, surrounded by his loved ones and celebratory cheer. The couple also posted an adorable photo of themselves wearing matching MrBeast-branded Christmas jumpers, as well as a photo of their dog in matching outfits.
In an interview with People magazine, Thea revealed that the proposal was a deep and meaningful surprise that involved both of their families.
“My family flew in from South Africa for Christmas and both families were here because we were planning on having Christmas at home,” she said.
“We were opening presents and during the last present he asked me to close my eyes because it was a surprise.”
