Our most anticipated movie of 2025 is fascinating on two fronts. First: great movies like two separate takes on Frankenstein (albeit by completely different directors) and new releases from Paul Thomas Anderson, Yorgos Lanthimos, Celine Song, Ryan Coogler, Ari Aster, and even Trey Parker. Directors working on passion projects. Matt Stone. Not to mention the two Steven Soderbergh movies. What rich things await us!
Additionally, this year we’ll be returning to James Cameron’s Pandora, encountering danger with Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt, and seeing Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey face off in the blockbuster series. It’s going to be a year full of movies that will continue to appear in movie theaters one after another. dinosaur. Also, after a somewhat dry (but ultimately very lucrative) 2024, Marvel is back in action with three different features, allowing the MCU to regain its previous box office dominance and cultural relevance. There is a possibility of getting it back.
As with all lists like this, it’s impossible to be 100% sure that the movies below are all bangers. But no matter the size or scope of your project, you can’t wait to see for yourself how many of them end up on the best-of list at the end of the year.
