However, he falls short of Sergio Ramos’ record of Super Cup appearances for Real Madrid (13 for Modric and 15 for the former captain).
Lionel Messi has played 21 games for Barcelona and holds the records for most titles won (8) and goals scored (14) in the history of the competition.
