French aerospace company Dassault Aviation has released its annual overview of production, deliveries and orders for the Rafale multi-role fighter jet. The 2024 results highlight the program’s promising trajectory, supported by solid performance and demand.
According to Dassault, 21 Rafales will be delivered in 2024, exceeding the planned target of 20 aircraft. The deliveries include 14 aircraft for the French Air Force and seven aircraft for export customers, reflecting a significant production increase compared to 2023, when 13 aircraft were delivered.
The company also reported securing orders for an additional 30 Rafale aircraft for export markets last year. These also include contracts with Serbia and Indonesia, further strengthening Rafale’s appeal to international customers.
As of December 31, 2024, Dassault has orders for a total of 220 Rafale jets, of which 56 are destined for France and the remaining 164 for export customers. Major export contracts include 80 aircraft to the United Arab Emirates, 12 aircraft to Serbia, 42 aircraft to Indonesia and 30 aircraft to Egypt.
