February is the month when the world of fashion is alive with the latest trends, designs and collections with the largest designer names around the world. The group of young Caymanian women is among many models decorating them.
Georgina Kerford, Brianna Livingston, TIA MCLAUGHLIN, and ISLA BISHOP will travel to London this month and participate in fashion weeks as a representative of the Cayman Instyle Fashion Week modeling agency.
“I’m happy to be able to announce the third year of participating in the London Fashion Week show,” said CIFW’s Modeling Agency’s Nomaebanks CEO told Cayman Compass.
“This journey from a small island is incredibly wonderful, and I am grateful to introduce a talented model on such an honorable platform. This is the second time for Livingston to represent Cayman on London’s fashion week.
“I’m the most looking forward to returning to the runway, meeting people in various regions in the world, and getting the opportunity to participate in London Fashion Week as a whole,” Livingston said.
“By modeling, I was able to express myself in a way I didn’t have, which was very helpful to build my confidence and accept my anxiety.”
McLaflin stated that modeling and photographs were always her great passion, and representing Cayman on London’s fashion week, “I feel like a dream.”
“This is the first time to participate in London Fashion Week. I’m looking forward to experiencing one size of the world’s largest fashion show and the wonderful fashion and design on display,” said McLaflin.
