The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program partnered with Amazon MGM Studios to build a more equitable and inclusive talent pipeline with HBCU students and other underrepresented student groups.
This partnership will enable EICOP to continue its initiative to bring diverse perspectives to the table by hosting student leaders and university graduates for paid internships in all aspects of business starting in summer 2025.

The program allows members of the student group to interact with industry leaders, participate in speaker series and events, gain professional development opportunities, build networking skills, visit studio grounds, and attend top entertainment organizations. EICOP’s mission is to eliminate institutional barriers by providing housing and paid internships so participants can gain valuable exposure to the entertainment industry. Each year, students spend the summer in EICOP’s Los Angeles, New York, or Atlanta-based programs, currently working with Amazon MGM Studios, Disney, NBC Universal, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros., CAA, WME, UTA, and more.
The program vetted an applicant pool of more than 400 scholars for the summer 2025 program.
