Disneyland has revealed some of the exciting experiences that arrive in time for its 70th anniversary on July 17, 2025. It now features the debut of the Walt Disney Audio Animatronic Show, which was scheduled to begin in May.

As revealed in the Disney Parks blog, these products “not only feature Disneyland’s history and heritage, but also share optimism and excitement for the future of the happiest place on the planet.”

Walt Disney – A Magical Life is the first ever show to feature Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic, making it one of the biggest draws of these 70th anniversary celebrations.

“Steaming into the theatre will allow you to experience the incredible story of Walt Disney’s life,” the Disney Parks blog wrote. “Through remastered footage and audio recordings, we embark on a cinematic journey that leads to the bright lights of Los Angeles and beyond, and as the curtains rise, guests are taken to Walt’s office. Walt shares some heartfelt stories and words of wisdom about the storytelling of audio-animatronics that he helped Pioneers.”

In addition to honouring Walt Disney, Disneyland is also preparing a homage to the Sherman brothers, which will take place inside the cinemas on Main Street. Inside the theater is a three-and-a-half-minute film called “The Last Poem,” which celebrates “the timeless connection and hope behind the iconic Shaman Brothers song “It’s a Little World.”

It will also focus on the new poems Richard M. Sherman wrote for the song to celebrate its 60th anniversary, and viewers will see how the song and appeal have influenced the world. . Furthermore, this third and final poem will become part of the charm of “It’s a Little World” at Disneyland on July 17th.

On the main streets of the US Opera House, guests can see a new gallery experience introducing the evolution of Walt Disney’s dreams at Disneyland. There are images, art and artifacts that tell the beginning of Disneyland’s development, its opening, and the story that follows. And yes, there are no items you’ve never seen before.

Additionally, as they enter the Opera House lobby, guests will learn about the history of audio-animatronic technology and see how they have progressed over the years.

Finally, Disney is working with the Walt Disney Family Museum to showcase over 30 artifacts to help guests check out in the lobby. These include original items such as rocking chairs, lamps, tables and more from Walt’s private apartment above the fire station on Main Street. They also get a good look at Walt’s 1955 Emmy Awards, including the TV show “Walt Disney’s Disneyland” and his Presidential Medal.

I’m looking forward to Disneyland’s 70th anniversary. The party will start on May 16th, 2025.
