The Pit, starring Noah Wyle, Isa Briones, and Patrick Ball, is a medical drama created by R. Scott Gemmill. Each episode covers one hour of a 15-hour emergency room shift. Set in a fictional Pittsburgh trauma hospital, the show has received critical acclaim for its gritty realism and unflinching depiction of high-pressure situations within the medical industry.
