From groundbreaking newcomers to modern-day icons, this year’s nominees capture the creativity that moves music forward

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (November 7, 2025) — Topping the list of upcoming 2026 Grammy nominees® teeth Kendrick Lamar (9), Cirkat (7), Jack Antonoff (7), Lady Gaga (7), Bad Bunny (6), Leon Thomas (6), Sabrina Carpenter (6), Selvan Genia (6), Andrew Watt (5), Clipse (5), Doechey (5), Soundwave (5), SZA (5), Turnstile (5), Tyler the Creator (5). The Grammy Awards are the only peer-voted music awards**®**Selected by the Recording Academy®A voting membership organization of music makers representing all genres and creative fields, including recording artists, songwriters, composers, producers, mixers, and engineers. Nominations were announced via a livestream event live.grammy.com and YouTube.

“The Grammy Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the people who make our community tick, and this year’s nominees remind us of the incredible talent that moves music forward,” said Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of the Recording Academy. “From up-and-coming talent to influential icons, these nominees reflect today’s broad and diverse music landscape, and we’re excited to celebrate them in the coming weeks and on music’s biggest night.”®”

This year’s eligibility period includes records released between August 31, 2024 and August 30, 2025. The final round of Grammy voting to determine the Grammy winners will take place from December 12, 2025 to January 5, 2026. The Grammy Awards will return to the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Broadcast live on the CBS Television Network and streamed on Paramount+*. The Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony was held prior to the 8:00-11:30 PM ET/5:00-8:30 PM PT telecast.® It will be held at the Peacock Theater at 12:30pm PT and will be livestreamed. live.grammy.com and recording academy YouTube channel. The 2026 Grammy Awards are produced by Fulwell Entertainment for the Recording Academy. Ben Winston, Raj Kapoor and Jesse Collins will serve as executive producers.
