The 2025 sports calendar includes two big events in cricket: the men’s Champions Trophy and the women’s ODI World Cup to be held in India. At the end of the calendar year, England travel to Australia for a historic Ashes series. In soccer, FIFA will hold the Club World Cup in a revamped format, with big prizes to be won at the end. Kho Kho will host the first-ever World Cup in January.
The rest of the world will host the usual events such as the four Grand Slams, the World Athletics Championships, in-season F1 races and the European football title race.
