A man’s life changed forever after he lost his 18-year-old son in a car accident during Holi last year.

Driven by an unwavering desire to honor his son’s dreams, Naveen Karmbhoy embarked on a journey of self-transformation that culminated in him walking the ramp as a model, a dream his son had once envisioned. .

Karmbhoy’s inspiring story comes to light through model Dinesh Mohan, who overcame depression and started his modeling career at the age of 55. Mohan shared a video of Karmbhoi walking confidently on the ramp and said his journey is a testament to courage and willpower.

“This is a story of loss and grief, but also one of exemplary courage,” Mohan wrote in the post. “Naveen lost his very handsome 18-year-old son, Karan, in an unfortunate car accident during Holi last year. He wanted to honor his son’s memory by becoming a model. He came out of depression through sheer force of will and lost a lot of weight to make this dream come true.” Mohan said, “The sadness is deep, but the love is deeper.” He concluded his post with these moving words.

In an Instagram post, Kamboj reflected on her journey and revealed that she is grappling with the unbearable grief of her son’s death. “Karan left us at the young age of 18 in a tragic and unexpected turn of events. For a year, I struggled with immense sadness, trying to understand the emptiness he left behind. “I lived in the shadows,” he wrote.

On the first anniversary of her son’s death, Karmboi made a heartfelt promise to herself. The idea was to honor Karan’s memory by making his dream come true in his own way. At the beginning of her modeling career, Karmboj weighed over 100 kg, but thanks to the unwavering support of her wife, daughter and youngest son, she was able to lose the weight both physically and mentally. I did.
