The visit, which will be held on February 12th and 13th at the invitation of the US President, marks the first Prime Minister Modi in the United States since Trump took office in his second term.

“The fact that the Prime Minister was invited to visit the US within just three weeks of the new administration’s visit to the office shows the importance of the India-US partnership, which the partnership enjoys in the US. It reflects the bipartisan support that is being done,” Mithri told reporters in New Delhi on Friday.
