Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)/New Delhi (India), February 7: Under the auspices of his Royal Highness Mohammed Bin Bin Bin Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, Prime Minister, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Human Capacity Development Programme (HCDP) Committee , HCDP (one of the Saudi Arabion Vision 2030 Realization Programs) has released the second edition of The Human Capability Initiative (HCI) using the catchphrase “Beyond Readiness.” HCI 2025 will be held at King Abdul Aziz International Convention Centre in Riyadh from April 13th to 14th, 2025. In cooperation with the conference, the Saudi Ministry of Education will hold the Education Global Exhibition (EDGEX) from April 13th to 16th, 2025.

The theme of HCI 2025 focuses on learning, belonging and behavior, addressing the key needs of developing human potential in an age of unprecedented global change. HCI envisions a future where individuals and communities work together to shape the direction of progress, apply the science of learning, promote inclusive communities and sustainable environments, and empower changemakers at all levels. Expressing his gratitude for his sponsorship, his Excellency is Mr Yousef Bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, Chairman of the HCDP Executive Committee and in the second edition of the meeting. HCI 2025 brings together over 12,000 experts, officials and decision makers to showcase over 300 international speakers from government, private and non-profit sectors, global think tanks and international organizations. Together, they share insights, best practices and inspiring success stories from around the world. The edition is based on the success of the first meeting held in February 2024 and attracted over 10,000 visitors. We hosted 300 speakers in 102 panel discussions. It has facilitated Mous signing with more than 40 contracts and local and international entities. And it has achieved investments that exceed the 3.9 billion Saudi riyal in the human capabilities-related sector. This is a testament to its impact and ambition.

Hosted by the Saudi Ministry of Education, Edgex highlights the latest technological advancements and innovative programs that shape the national and international education system, and introduces major local and international universities and institutions. It also features workshops aimed at fostering knowledge exchange, sharing success stories among participating companies, and promoting the signing of strategic agreements with well-known global educational institutions.
