Trump argued that Zelenceky should have signed a contract with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin to avoid war. He repeatedly stated in the Fox News interview.
“I would have been able to make the transaction very easily. Zelenceky decided to fight,” said Trump.
Trump continued to compare the number of tanks that each country had and emphasized that there are more people in Russia.
“You don’t fight them,” said Trump.
The White House Spokesman did not respond immediately when asked that Trump would have answered when Russia began the invasion. The Ukrainian Embassy in Washington did not respond immediately to comment requests.
Russia, an enemy of the United States, attacked Ukraine, a US allies in February 2022. There are hundreds of thousands of victims.

Former President Joe Biden, who was appointed when Russia attacked, consistently emphasized the Alliance with Ukraine, promoted the suffering country’s assistance package, and praised Zelenceky leaders. The Biden administration also imposed sanctions on Russia shortly after Russia invaded war and other issues.
Trump has adopted a remarkably different approach in an interview with Fox News, saying that Zelensky says, “It’s not an angel,” and said, “Don’t forgive this war.” Trump also stated that if Russia did not work to solve this war immediately, the United States would have “large -scale duties” and “large sanctions” to Russia.
Trump said he would end the war within a day. However, there are no signs close to the ending.
Trump met ZELENSKYY in September, and he said he would work to end the war with a transaction that “it is good for both.”
“We will cooperate with both parties, try to solve them and solve them,” Trump told the reporters before meeting.
In the same month, Trump also mentioned “no angel” to Putin at the campaign rally.
Trump’s comment was conducted in a two -part Fox News interview recorded on Wednesday. The second part of the interview includes Trump’s comments on Zelenceky broadcast on Thursday.
