Busy Bee Airways aims to get GO first as a continuous concern, and aims to reach out to the lender. NCLAT is listening to a petition to challenge GO FIRST clearing.

New Delhi, January 31 (PTI), a busy bee -waiting, challenged underground airlines. On Friday, I notified INTOLVENCY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL NCLAT to reach out to the related lenders.

He also told the National Company Law Court that he was ready to get GO first because he still had a valuable asset and a license of the Civil Aviation Bureau (DGCA) to operate.

Nishant Pitti, a co -founder of Travel Portal EasemyTrip, is a majority of BUSY BEE AIRWAYS shareholders.

Meanwhile, a lawyer from GO FIRST’s liquidator submits the first meeting of GO’s 37th meeting (COC) in front of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), along with additional oath. I agree to do it.

The Appeal Court has heard two petitions submitted by BUSY BEE AIRWAYS and BHARTIYA KAMGAR SENA MUMBAI, and has objection to the NCLT Delhi Bench order, which ordered a low -cost career to settle on January 20. 。

BHARTIYA KAMGAR Sena Mumbai, a labor union organization, has submitted that if the company is liquidated, about 5,000 workers will not leave anything.

Union groups have demanded that the airline will be maintained as concerns until the arbitration with the US engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney ends at the Singapore International Arbitration Center.

During the minutes, NCLAT orders pointed out, “Before the next date, it will reach out to the lender,” said NCLAT orders, who appeared in a busy B -Airways.

The three NCLAT bench, which consisted of Chairman Ashok Buchal Judge Ashok Buccians, was instructed to “list the appeal on February 10, 2025” for the next hearing.

On January 20, the National Court (NCLT) first ordered GO, a budget carrier who stopped flying in financial difficulties nearly two years ago.

In May 2023, the airline applied for a spontaneous bankruptcy resolution process.

NCLT stated that the COC of the legislative plan was given the authority to decide to settle the corporate debtor at any time before the Constitution was confirmed.

Go Air, which was changed to the brand like Go First, flew for more than 17 years before the operation was stopped on May 3, 2023.

During the bankruptcy resolution process, there were at least two biders in the struggle -Aviation Entity Sky One, which is based in SPICEJET Chief AJAY SINGH and SHARJAH.
