Spring rolls are a general sight of Chinese dinner table during the spring New Year’s celebration, as the moon brown appearance and shape resemble the Gold Bar.
The modest fried treatment has a global charm. Because ubiquitous is a spring roll of a US takeout menu. In fact, spring rolls have a history of dating in China a few centuries.
The name is suggested when most of them are eaten. The name of the spring rolls of Mandarin, Chunjuan, refers to spring spring. Regarding the history, it was mentioned by the poet Du Fu of the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and was mentioned in the editing of the story of Shoufu, Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368).

The early repetition of spring rolls was not fried in golden brown like today. Rather, it was composed of fresh herbs and vegetables related to spring harvest, and was loose in a thin pancake.
