St. Petersburg held a ninth New Year’s school festival on Monday. Nearly 1,000 students and parents celebrated the spring festival with a lively cultural gala.

This event began with the chorus of the beloved Chinese SONG “Jasmine Flower”, and later on the stage for more than 230 children in 17 local schools and kindergartens to play it to play with martial arts, martial arts, and Chinese operas. It went up.

Beyond the stage, this event provided practical cultural activities such as calligraphy, paper out of paper, and traditional Chinese printing, and provided children with Chinese cultural immersive experiences.

The event also emphasized the growing enthusiasm for learning Chinese in Russia. Pavel Rozov, Vice Chairman of the St. Peter Burg Councilor, stated that 32 local schools provided Chinese courses and more than 5,000 students are registered. In order to further expand access, the city has launched a new remote learning program this year so that more viewers can use Chinese education.

St. Petersburg’s Chinese consul General Luo Changfui emphasized that young people were in the future of both countries and their permanent friendship between China and Russia. “The passion of Russian students to learn Chinese will build a strong foundation for long -term friendship between the two countries,” he said.
