The lineup starts with the S25 Galaxy and is targeted at consumers who prefer smaller, more compact screens on their flagship smartphones. According to sources, the S25 is rumored to feature a 6.2-inch Full HD screen that supports 120Hz frame rate. The S25+ features a slightly larger 6.7-inch screen with Quad HD resolution and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Both S25 models come with a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens and share a high-quality telephoto and ultra-wide-angle lens with a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be the largest in the lineup, featuring a 6.8-inch display with a resolution of 3,120 x 1,440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is rumored to be launched in three storage options: 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The device is expected to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging, similar to the Plus version. As for the cameras, it will boast a quad-camera setup that includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor.
The entire S25 family is rumored to be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, indicating that Samsung is moving away from using its own Exynos processors.

Launched with the Galaxy S25 series, OneUI 7 brings a variety of new design and security enhancements. A key feature is the customizable Lock Screen Now bar, which allows users to customize their lock screen experience.
