Samsung Galaxy Ring is now available to more users and even more useful with new health features.

New sizes and additional health features added to the ring

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series launches in a week, but the company has gone ahead and made a few updates to its first-generation smart ring. The Galaxy Ring is coming in two new sizes for people with larger hands, and the new update also updates some health features on the gadget.

The news comes on the back of a possible announcement of the company’s Galaxy Ring 2 model at this month’s Unpacked event, but Samsung has delayed that launch and will likely unveil the next-generation Galaxy Foldable model later this year. It seems possible.

New sizes for Samsung Galaxy rings: What’s in it?

Samsung has added two new size options to the Galaxy Ring. This means that with the latest addition, you can now choose rings in 11 different sizes from 5 to 15. Samsung Galaxy Ring starts at Rs 38,999 in India and is the first product in this mainstream segment to promise a week of battery life

Ring helps with sleep tracking, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, and other fitness-related tracking features. It has built-in storage for recorded data and can be used in wet conditions with an IP68 rating.

The good news is that you can pair it with non-Galaxy Android smartphones, but iOS isn’t supported. When used on a Galaxy smartphone, you get more features than on a non-Galaxy smartphone. As for Samsung’s new health feature on the Galaxy Ring, users can analyze their sleep based on room temperature and air quality. This gadget also analyzes your sleep patterns and recommends routines that suit your habits.
