The rumours of the day:
Fightful Select reports that there is a pitch around the Royal Rumble in WWE Creative, with Blair Davenport joining Chelsea Green and Piper Niven’s group at Smackdown. It clearly didn’t happen, but “as long as the secret service attire is prepared.” On Wrestling Observer Live, Brian Alvarez said he was told that Chad Gable might actually make some dates with the AAA. WWE recently submitted trademarks for the following ring names: Osiris Griffin, Haze Jameson, Trill London, Harley Riggins, Summer Sorrell, Jax Presley, Masyn Holiday, Drako Knox, Tate Wilder, Braxton Cole, Chantel Monro, Aria Bennett . According to the Wrestling Observer newsletter, Elijah (Elias of FKA WWE) has signed with AEW/ROH. What he means right means he will be used primarily in the Ring of Honor. Keith Lee was behind the scenes at Dynamite last week, according to PW Insider.
