PoštaSlovenije introduces cutting-edge user help tools in contact centres, either Postal Interactive Assistant or Pia, voice assistants based on the latest AI technology.
PIA has so far been the only voice assistant in Slovenia that works in Slovenia for normal conversations, and has a complete understanding of the 12 dialects of the language. Advanced language models specializing in Slovenian users provide quick and effective communication with customers across the country. This improves the user experience, reduces the time to resolve queries, and sets new standards for digital communication.
The implementation of mail interactive assistants or PIAs reduces or eliminates unnecessary queuing while also speeding up communication for customers. PIA helps customers with queries about shipment tracking status, services, price lists and general information without redirecting to other channels (such as SMS, chat, Viber).
PIA retrieves data directly from the system (the background is Pošta Slovenije’s support system, a carefully prepared knowledge base, and integration with the website). This eliminates misunderstandings and reduces the chances of errors.
