Poco X7: Design

The latest teaser for Poco showcases the different design elements of the two models. While the Poco X7 5G features a square-shaped rear camera setup in the center, the X7 Pro opts for a pill-shaped camera module with a circular slot placed at the top left corner of the back panel. True to Poco’s signature style, the device is highlighted in black and yellow.

Additionally, the leak hints at expanded color options, with the base model likely coming in silver and green, while the pro version could have a dual-tone black and green finish.

Poco X7: Performance and hardware

As officially confirmed, Poco X7 Pro 5G will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400-Ultra processor. According to reports, the base model may come with MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset.

The camera specifications seem promising as well, with the Poco X7 series expected to feature a 50-megapixel main camera. The Pro version will include a Sony IMX882 sensor, while the standard model is likely to include a 20-megapixel front camera for selfies. Both devices are rumored to boast durable IP68 rated builds.

Poco X7: Display and battery

Poco X7 5G is rumored to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The Pro version, on the other hand, is expected to come with a CrystalRez 1.5K AMOLED screen of the same size.

The battery capacity also differs between the two models, with Poco X7 5G featuring a 5,110mAh battery with 45W fast charging support, while the Pro version offers a larger 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging capability.

With a set of powerful features and a striking design, the Poco X7 5G series is poised to turn heads when it launches early this year.
