Rawalpindi: ARY NEWS refused to be acquitted of IMRAN KHAN of Pakistan TEHREEK-E-Insaf (PTI) in the General Headquarters (GHQ) attack on May 9th, in the Pakistani anti-terrorist court (ATC). Reported.

Rawalpini Judge ATC asked Imlan Khan’s innocence on May 9 on Monday. After the prosecutor completed the discussion, the ATC Court rejected Imlan Khan’s innocence, according to ARY News.

The prosecutor told ARY NEWS that the case trial was started and the testimony of 12 witnesses was recorded. He further stated that he could not accept the innocence of innocence at this stage.

Early on January 25, the hearing of the GHQ attack case on May 9 continued in the Adiala prison, and Imlan Khan, the founder of Pakistan Telque Insaf (PTI), was announced in court. NEWS reported.

About the request by a lawyer

In another development, lawyers requested Imlan Khan’s family to allow them to attend a trial.

However, the prosecutor disagree that Imlan Khan’s wife, Bushla Bibi, allowed to attend the GHQ trial. The prosecutor claimed that she was convicted in another case and had already been ruled. According to prosecutors, the law does not allow guilty people to attend another trial.

In addition, the lawyer has filed a request to integrate all 13 lawsuits related to the May 9 case.

About collisions erupted in Pakistan

After Imlan Khan was arrested on May 9, 2023, a violent collision erupted in Pakistan. Protests were held in remote and major cities, as PTI workers were angry at the arrest of the party’s founder. An army to ensure law and order.
