Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nissan”), Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Honda”), and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (hereinafter “Mitsubishi Motors”) have entered into a memorandum of understanding between Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and Honda. Mitsubishi Motors Corporation’s participation/involvement and sharing of synergies regarding business integration through the establishment of a joint holding company as described in .

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation will discuss the start of a strategic partnership centered on intelligence and electrification based on the framework set out in the memorandum of understanding signed by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. on August 1.
