The fall/winter edition of New York Fashion Week is heading towards the beginning of February. This means you can fight fashionablely and fashionablely inside and outside the venue. Demonstrating your own personal style has been thriving lately, but you can see how editors, influencers and buyers interpret certain trends in real time.
Red letter day
What better way to stand out from the fashion crowd than wearing a bright red from head to toe on a boring February day?
Attendees wore Alice + Olivia faux fur coats in a red checked patchwork with black Rene Caovilla Boots and Black Minaudiere.
Participants wore a single-colored red appearance, including an oversized sweater and scarf, a ribbed knit skirt, a red pump and a red leather clutch. It looks finished with bold gold jewels.

Animal instinct
Following from last year’s “Mob Wives” look, one of the biggest trends of the week saw show fans wearing leopard print coats and other clothing.
Musician Riezark wore a leopard print care coat with contrasting appearance, including a silver hoodie and a silver mini dress by Christian Siriano. High black platform boots on thighs and a tote bag have finished the look.
Fashion editor Constance White wore a contrasting leopard print scarf and a faux fur leopard print care coat over black leggings and a burnt orange shirt. He was wearing white boots.
Attendees wore a classic leopard print printed coat with a black base and self-belt over long black boots. She carried the black clutch.
Attendees wore a mock turtleneck draped leopard board all-in-one with gloves under a black fur coat.
Sweep the problem
Young show visitors created individual looks by eschewing jeans to prefer a full skirt that blends with sporty looks for a “blocket core” vibe.
Fashion editor Anahita Musavian wore a long, sparkling silver pleated skirt with Mitchell & NessX’s best athletic jacket, Judith Raeber’s handbags and shoes soaked in trimmed crystals of feathers.
Attendees wore long pink satintia skirts over a pale pink hoodie and under a pink cropped faux fur jacket. Pink fluffy socks and yellow strap sandals finished off the look.
Show fans wore a long pale pink skirt in front of pleats under a Mongolian fur omble jacket and accessories with “naked wolf” pink and white platform sneakers and coach’s handbags.
Anahita Musavian wore a long full pink taffeta skirt with an oversized bow by her coach, a holiday Emma Mulholland flower sweater and a skyline beanie. She carried an Ald Barbie pink rhinestone bag.
Certainly fur
The development of faux fur has emerged dramatically, and in many cases avoiding the chemical formulas of plant-based alternatives. There is nothing PETA will demonstrate here as participants toast.

Classic American sportswear has been the main runway theme this season, unfolding on the streets with show visitors in countless trench coats, from classic to modern.
Attendees were wearing Altuzara “Billy” double-breasted wool trench kotan.
Artist Jenny Walton wore the unique style of a khaki trench coat with bright khaki and loop overlays. She carried a beige clutch and wore a black classic pump.
Attendees carried St. Laurent brown leather and shirring bags, wearing trench coats with Roue’s tormented rimmed hems and cuffs.

When it comes to handbags, fashion audiences tend to choose the same brand and style. In recent seasons, I have seen women tend to personalize their bags with appeal. This week was no exception.
