LONDON — The latest issue of Mytheresa’s print publication The Album is sweating it out. Entitled “The Beautiful Game,” the volume is sports-themed and features interviews with Nice soccer team captain Dante Bonfirm Costa Santos and designer Giorgio Armani.

The launch of the platform’s 11th issue follows the business turning profitable in the first quarter of the financial year.
As the luxury sector declines, Mytheresa CEO Michael Krieger said the company’s growth is due to its geography, with 20% of its business in the United States and 50% in Europe.
He added: “We have much less exposure to China and Asia than some of the big luxury goods groups that are not reporting growth at the moment.”
In October, Kriger reiterated that he felt positive about the current fiscal quarter.
“I’m leaving this fashion season feeling optimistic. There’s a good, new energy. We’re not out of the woods yet and there are still risks, but outside of China, we’re looking forward to the next 12 “We’re pretty optimistic about the moon,” he said.
