According to the Business Insider report, Microsoft has started to reduce performance -based employment.

A letter sent to employees related to Microsoft (via Business Insider) said, “The end of employment, including work performance, does not meet the minimum performance standards and expectations for your position. You. You will not be able to work on Microsoft Systems, accounts and builds effectively on behalf.

It has been reported that Redmond -based high -tech giants have reported that if you apply for future employees for future employees, you will take into account the past performance and the basics of cancellation.
