Microsoft returned to buy Tactoku five years later.

Almost five years after the last attempt, Microsoft is said to be reconsidering plans to acquire Tiktok’s US business. Technology giants have been discussed to buy the US Donald Trump, President Donald Trump, to buy the US -owned US category.
Microsoft and Oracle Corp, which were rewinded in 2020, were two candidates acquiring Tiktok. This calls for Trump selling US business or banning national security concerns. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella talked about the company’s failure to take over Tiktok’s US business. Inquiry with the transaction, and he said, “It’s the most strange thing I have worked for.”

President Donald Trump said he bought Tactoku at Microsoft

Trump answered when a reporter asked if Microsoft was negotiating transactions. “Yes, I have a lot of interest in Tactoku. I have a lot of interest in Tactoku.” Earlier on Monday, Trump has informed Tactoku’s continuous debate on Tactoku’s future at an event in Florida with Republican members. He initially advocated to ban apps for security risks, but his stance was soft and seemed to be partially influenced by the popularity of the platform content on the platform. Trump has an ordinance for the 75 -day deadline for selling US businesses to domestic companies, and encourages more bidders to compete.
“I like bidding wars because you get the best transaction,” said Trump. “So, if there is a bid war, that’s a good thing.”
“We will see what will happen,” Trump said in his speech. “We bid to many people, and if we can save all the voices and all the jobs, we don’t want to be involved in China, so if we can protect it from China. You will see where you have. “

When Microsoft wanted to buy Tiktok in 2020

In August 2020, President Trump threatened Tactoku, and it is reported that the deadline by the Chinese video app has approached Microsoft as a potential partner. The plan was to forcibly sell some of the United States in the United States over the concerns of being a threat to national security. Later, Tactoku chose a rival Oracle, but the transaction never happened. In an interview in the 2021 code conference, Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella said, “I was interested in a kind of interest when Tiktok approached him.

What Microsoft said by purchasing Tiktok

Microsoft has refused to comment on recent reports of its involvement.
The short form video app, which boasts more than 170 million American users, has attracted attention from various players in US technology and business categories. The confusion of AI’s startup has recently been bidded to fuse with Tiktok’s US business, but Frank Macat, a billionaire, a former Los Angeles Dodgers owner, made a formal offer earlier this month.
