“If you don’t follow, Mrs. Trump will have no choice but to pursue all the legal rights and remedies she has available to restore the overwhelming financial and reputational harm you suffered,” Burit wrote.
In a video interview entitled “Hunter Biden Returns” video in early August, the former eldest son claimed that “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. The connections are very broad and deep.”
Biden also argued that “Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania and that’s how Melania and the First Lady met the president.”

“These false, disgraceful, libelous, inflammatory statements are extremely difficult and are widely used across a variety of digital media,” Burit wrote. “In fact, this video was later reissued by various media, journalists and political commentators with millions of social media followers who have spread false and honourable statements to tens of millions of people around the world.”
Burrito added: “As a result, Mrs. Trump suffered overwhelming financial and reputational harm.”

Burrito said Biden’s “source” for the false statement was “Cereal Fabricist Michael Wolf, whose lies were published by the Daily Beast in an article entitled “Melania Trump’s “Very Involved” Epstein Scandal: Author.”

“After receiving our ceasefire and denialist demands just a week ago, the Daily Beast issued an apology to Mrs. Trump and retracted the false honor and loss statement contained in the article,” writes Brito. “Nottheless, you have unfairly relied on false, honourable, mild, inflammatory statements about Mrs. Trump and have been maliciously elected to reissue them.”
Burrito warned Biden that he had “a overwhelming reputation and no viable defense against economic harm.” He tormented the First Lady.
“The timing of this video is obvious and highlights the actual maliciousness behind the decision to publish it, taking into account the obvious falsehood of the statement,” Burit wrote. “Given your vast history of trading other people’s names, including your last name, for your personal benefit, it’s clear that you have issued these false honor and loss statements about Mrs. Trump to get attention to yourself.”

On behalf of the First Lady, Brito demanded that Biden “issued a complete and fair withdrawal of the video, and that all other false, honourable, irrepar, misleading, inflammatory statements as prominent as they were originally published.”
Burrito also requested on behalf of the First Lady that Biden will “issue an apology for false, honourable, silly, misleading, misleading statements about Mrs. Trump.”
Burrito also directed Biden not to “destroy, hide or modify paper or electronic files, physical evidence,” or to direct any other records relating to false claims. Includes communications regarding Melania Trump. Records of his sources; documents or data relating to Mrs. Trump.

“If you do not comply with the above until 5pm on August 7, 2025, Mrs. Trump will leave no alternative but to enforce her legal and fair rights, all of which are expressly reserved and will not be waived, including filing legal action for damages,” Burrito wrote. “You’re notifying me.”
A source close to the issue told Fox News Digital that Biden failed to comply with the set deadline request.

Sources said Biden and his team “learn a letter” from the First Lady lawyer to a “friendly reporter.”
It is unknown which reporters and which outlets were shared with the text.
Biden and Lowell did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
The letter says that after the Daily Beast pulled an article detailing the claims by journalist Wolf, Melania Trump was introduced to her husband Donald Trump via a modeling agent connected to Epstein after a challenge from the First Lady lawyer.
“Editor’s Note. After this story was published, the beast received a letter from First Lady Melania Trump’s lawyer who challenged the headlines and framing of the article. After reviewing the issue, the beast robbed the article and apologized for the confusion and misconceptions.” The URL for this article appears to have been revised to remove the original headline, but now it is: thedailybeast.com/epstein-this-story-has-been removed.
It also comes after James Kerrville repeats the same claim and then apologizes to the First Lady.

Kerrville has launched the latest episode of the Politics War Room Podcast in a legal memo.
“On last week’s podcast episode, we spoke with Judd Legum,” he said. “After the episode, we received a letter from Melania Trump’s lawyer. He took issue with one of the titles of the YouTube video for that episode and some of the comments I made about the first lady.
