Louis Vuitton nominates Taishon Jones as a brand ambassador

Louis Vuitton announced Taishone Jones, a famous person in the skateboard world, as a “home friend.”

Jones, born and raised in New York City, is regarded as one of his most influential skate borders. He has been awarded the title of the skater of the year in both 2018 and 2022, and is recognized by seamlessly blending skateboard culture and personal style.

The partnership was solidified when Taishon Jones attended the Louis Vuitton Men’s 2025 show as a guest of his creative director and friend Farrell Williams. Farrell, who has long praised Jones for both skate culture and streetwear, share a deep connection with the skateboard.

The relationship between Louis Vuitton with the skateboard dates back to the period of Virgil Ablo, a former male art director who accepted the skateboard community through collaboration and inspired designs.

In November, Louis Vuitton nominated the actor Calm Turner as a brand ambassador and joined other individuals, including football stars, Jude Binggum, Korean Music Superstar, Lisa, and Rapper Passia T.
