Manchester United will aim for an unlikely victory against Premier League leaders Liverpool at Anfield after manager Ruben Amorim hinted they are in a relegation battle.
The Red Devils are currently languishing in 14th place after losing their last four games in all competitions. Also in December, they lost five league games in a calendar month for the first time since September 1962.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are in good form with a six-point lead at the top of the Premier League. This season, under new coach Arne Slott, they have won 23 games in 27 games.
