TV host podcaster Joe Rogan criticized the Democrats for refusing to adjust after President Donald Trump’s 2024 election victory. He warned that the party will continue to lose its support unless it reunited with voters, targeting the mainstream left-leaning media and Democratic leaders.
“They haven’t revised the course at all,” Logan added in an episode of Joe Logan’s experience on Monday, saying “nonsense” and “silly s**t.”
Logan, who once a Trump critic but later supported him, compared the Democratic situation to the Buffalo Jump – the way Buffalo was hunted by ancient Indigenous peoples who were seduced from the cliffs. “(Democrats) will be off the cliff, there’s no way they won’t,” he said.
The podcasters also claimed that traditional media (New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC) became propaganda machines and said they “don’t trust them.”
“They’re all full of propaganda, which is why the internet has risen. Not because there was some sort of right-wing plot, but because there was a lot of money.”
He said they accused them of being “nationally controlled mainstream media” and coordinating a unified narrative. Different programs repeat the exact same words, exactly the same phrases, he said.
He also accused the left-leaning media figures of not resonating with voters, claiming they were all “f**king suck.”
“None of these people are people involved and not people they like,” he said.
Logan has spoken out for his criticism of the Democrats, but he has consistently distanced himself from the partisan label. “I don’t think of myself as a Republican, I don’t think of myself as a Democrat either,” he previously said of Joe Rogan’s experience. “I consider myself an American.”
He acknowledged that Democrats support many things “make great sense to me” and support certain causes defended by the party. However, he also argued that he supports several Republican positions. “It’s stupid to make sense to me because it comes from the wrong team,” he said.
