The Italian Navy has landed in Albania for the third relocation based on the 2023 transaction, which is controversial between Rome and Tilana.
The Italian Navy has handed over 49 to the Albanian port as Rome resumed the relocation of immigration to the Vulcan countries.
Italian authorities said that the ship docked the SHENGJIN port on Tuesday morning and descended from the group. This is the third attempt by Italian judge in the end of last year to a pair of cargo, ordering to return the relocation, and then processing asylum claims in Albania.
The right -wing Italian government in November 2023 had a high agreement on the transfer to Albania and built two reception centers. This was the first transaction by the European Union to handle the claim to make the immigration by detouring immigration to a non -EU country.
49 people will be checked in at the port reception center. After that, they will be transported east to the GJADER accommodation center, about 22 kilometers (14 miles).
The attempt before relocating immigration to Albania will continue to fail in October and November. The Italian judge refused to approve the detention of two small groups at the Albanian center, and decided that immigrants were not as safe as they would be sent back to the center.
The case was introduced in the European Court of Justice (ECJ), and in the past, if the exile applicant was not considered a completely safe country, it could not receive a fast track procedure that could lead to repatriation. I established that.
ECJ plans to consider Italian plans in the coming weeks to clarify whether it is compliant with the EU method.
“Cruel experiment”
Agreement between Rome and Tilana allows up to 3,000 people in the Italian coastal guards in the international waters to be protected by Albania and may be in exile and repatriation in Italy.
Italy agreed to welcome immigrants who have been allowed to exile, but the immigrants who have been refused to apply are directly facing Albania.
This transaction was attacked because many EU states are trying to adopt a harsher immigrant stance in the pressure from the right.
The rights organization is wondering if transactions are compliant with international law. Amnesty International calls the center as “cruel experiments (it) are the dirt of the Italian government.”
So far, 3,704 immigrants have arrived in Italy. When 1,305 arrived, more than twice the number of last year. Last year, 66,317 immigrants arrived in Italy and fell 58 % since the previous year.
