Through agreements based on existing relationships between the two UK companies, Impact Suvesea’s product range will be available for purchase and rental through Ashtead Technology’s Singapore Hub.

“We are excited to join forces with Ashtead Technology in Singapore. Ben Grant, managing director of Impact Susea, said:

“This collaboration not only strengthens the market position in Singapore, but also provides proper service to sensor users by providing seamless access to innovative technologies through Ashtead Technology’s trusted channels. We believe this partnership streamlines access to critical technologies for a wide range of subsea applications.”

The deal follows the acquisition of Ashtead Technology’s Seattronics and J2 Sevea at the end of 2024. The two companies have operational locations in Singapore, the UAE, the UK and the US.

“We are pleased to partner with Impact Subsea to provide innovative sensor solutions to our Singaporean customers. Artur Gaylin, Regional General Manager, Ashtead Technology Singapore, said:
