With SAP Business Data Cloud, Joule agents can access the most complete and contextual datasets, infer more deeply, and act with more insight to solve problems.
Previously announced at SAP Teched in 2024, the SAP Knowledge Graph serves as a semantic bridge between the Joule agent and the SAP Business Data Cloud. The SAP Knowledge Graph reveals the connection between data and processes and helps Joule agents find all the data that is most relevant to ground decisions and actions.
Knowledge graphs are not new concepts, but combining them with new and advanced technologies makes them extremely powerful. SAP Knowledge Graph is rapidly advancing to make Joule agents’ unique, over 50 years of business process expertise available to SAP.
