For decades, China had to confront the task of nurturing nearly one -fifth of the world’s population in less than one -tenth ared land.

In 2021, the average daily protein intake was 124.61 grams (4.4 oz), but according to the latest UNFAO data, the number of US people was 124.33 grams (4.39 oz).
The Chinese people are currently having a much richer protein than the Indian colleagues who consumed 70.52 grams (2.49 oz) per day by the average resident in 2021. It is also much more consumed than Japan and South Korea neighbors.
UNFAO’s report has been found that the changes in the dietary of Chinese people are mainly driven by increasing meat consumption. This is a tendency to be felt throughout the world economy.
