Reflective installations featuring cultural heritage, design history and special artist collaborations
Gucci has unveiled its new store window concept, Endless Narrative, which takes shape as a reflective visual dialogue between cultural touchpoints and the brand’s own history. The concept employs mirrored bookshelves that visually expand the space, displaying a variety of books, miniature statues, and replicas of Gucci’s archive bookends. The design aims to connect past, present and future through the objects displayed, immersing the viewer in an introspective journey through time.
The initiative also includes a partnership with Luca Pignatelli, an Italian artist known for his work that combines historical and contemporary themes. Pignatelli created 80 limited edition pieces of artwork specifically for this project, utilizing sugar lift and collage techniques. These works are intended to complement the exhibition narrative and add an artistic dimension that reflects timeless themes and cultural memory.
This concept is implemented in Gucci stores around the world throughout the year, with the items and collections on display changing regularly to reflect the evolving theme, ensuring a fresh experience at each store.
