Olivia Rodrigo walked the 2024 Grammy Awards red carpet wearing a vintage Versace dress that first appeared on the runway before she was born.
The 20-year-old singer, whose second album Guts was nominated for six awards, including album of the year, wore deep red lipstick to match the red beads on her cream gown. The dress also had four thin straps, two of which were decorated with small metal hoops. She accessorized with Bvlgari jewelry.

Rodrigo’s red carpet look debuted in 1995 as part of Gianni Versace’s spring ready-to-wear collection. On the runway, supermodel Linda Evangelista carried a matching beaded bag.

Rodrigo’s stylist Daniel Goldberg told E! On Sunday, news broke that Versace had removed the dress from its archives after seeing photos of Evangelista wearing it.
Rodrigo was born in 2003, so her costumes are eight years older than her.
Although he did not win the Grammy Award at this year’s ceremony, he delivered a thrilling performance of “Vampire,” which involves shedding fake blood.
