Washington Fox News said Wednesday that she hired Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, as the program’s host.
The 42-year-old former Republican National Committee co-chairman will be holding the primetime show “My View with Lara Trump,” which will air Saturday nights on the Fox News channel.

“I’m excited to bring my voice back to Fox News and talk directly with Americans and highlight what makes this country so great,” Lara Trump said.
Eric Trump’s wife has held her own online series since 2020 and was a contributor to Fox from 2021 to 2022.
Her employment as a host is evidence of a comfortable relationship between Donald Trump and the network he has supported for several years.
He recruited Fox to flesh out the president’s cabinet, bashing Morning Show host Pete Hegseth and Fox Business Network host Sean Duffy as Secretary of Transportation.
Several members of Trump’s first administration, including Press Secretary Kaylee McInerney, currently work at Fox.
The president’s parents previously held media status, but such close families have never hosted a TV news program at the same time.
