Made in Italy
The Fiat 500e Giorgio Armani Collector’s Edition is now available to order for UK customers. As Fiat celebrates its 125th anniversary, this car combines Italian style with modern sustainability.
second collaboration
This isn’t the first time Fiat and Giorgio Armani have collaborated to create something. Back in 2020, the fashion house unveiled a one-off eco-friendly Fiat 500 concept car as part of a charity project in support of Leonardo DiCaprio’s Earth Alliance organization.
The one-off vehicle, which features innovative anti-pollution and anti-microbial technology, was auctioned alongside two other Fiat 500 concept designs.
Cruising range and charging time
The 500e Giorgio Armani is powered by a 42kWh battery, giving it a range of 193 miles, and a single 116bhp electric motor driving the front wheels. With a maximum charging speed of 85kW, it can be charged from 10 to 80% in 30 minutes.
exterior
The Italian designers apparently focused on “minimizing contrast and decoration” to achieve a sophisticated look in line with Armani’s aesthetic. The Giorgio Armani touch is most evident on the wheels, which not only display the GA logo but are also custom made.
The 500e Giorgio Armani also features full LED Infinity Design headlamps and a modern glass roof.
